Terms & Conditions

1. Contracting Parties

The service provider is Ing. Ivana Risková, based at U Královské louky 891/8, 150 00 Prague, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO): 24478598, VAT ID (DIČ): CZ9354141742 (hereinafter the "Provider"). The client is any individual or legal entity ordering the Provider's services (hereinafter the "Client").

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the provision of virtual assistant services, website creation, and custom itinerary planning (hereinafter the "Services") to the extent agreed between the Provider and the Client.

3. Order and Formation of Contract

A contract is formed based on a written (email) order from the Client and its written (email) confirmation by the Provider, or based on a mutually agreed quote.

4. Price and Payment Terms

Service prices are listed in the current price list at www.itinerisvirtual.eu or in an individual quote. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of late payment, the Provider reserves the right to suspend the provision of services.

5. Delivery of Services

Services are provided on an ongoing basis within agreed timeframes. Hour packages are valid for the period stated in the price list; any unused hours expire once that period ends.

6. Withdrawal from the Contract

The Client may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its formation, provided the services have not yet started being provided during that period. The Provider may withdraw from the contract if the Client breaches their obligations.

7. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy set out in the separate "Privacy Policy" document, available on this website.

8. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through mutual agreement between the parties.

These Terms & Conditions remain valid until updated. Existing clients will be notified of any changes by email.
